Vyrovnanost a souhra praktické účinnosti a estetického půvabu - to je určující impuls tvorby architektonického studia VYŠEHRAD atelier. Náplní práce je široké spektrum témat v oblasti navrhování novostaveb, rekonstrukcí, interiérů, designu, urbanismu a územního plánování. Každý projekt je řešen individuálně se snahou o nalezení nového a často netradičního řešení. Pro dobrý konečný výsledek díla vzniklého z úzkého dialogu se zadavatelem je nutná účast autora - architekta ve všech fázích procesu. Práce proto nekončí návrhovou studií, se stabilním okruhem spolupracovníků jsou dále zpracovávány projekty pro územní a stavební řízení, realizační dokumentace a podklady pro výběr dodavatele. Optimální průběh realizace je zajištěn inženýrskou činností, autorským a technickým dozorem. Kancelář spolupracuje s předními firmami a konzultanty v oboru statiky staveb, pozemních staveb, techniky prostředí staveb, inženýrských staveb, územního plánování, restaurování památek, krajinářské architektury a zahradní tvorby. Návrhy i projektová dokumentace jsou zpracovávány digitálně, prostorové vazby návrhů jsou ověřovány 3D virtuálním modelem (vizualizace, animace), nebo fyzickou maketou. VYŠEHRAD atelier má statut sdružení fyzických osob pro výkon autorizovaných činností, vznikl v roce 1996. Práce atelieru byly oceněny v prestižních domácích i zahraničních soutěžích, za nejvýznamnější považujeme hlavní cenu v soutěži INTERIÉR roku 2000, čestná uznání v GRAND PRIX Obce architektů 2000 a 2001, účast ve finále stejné soutěže v roce 2002, odměnu v mezinárodní soutěži Moderní zásahy ve venkovském prostředí, čestné uznání za nejlepší český projekt v soutěži EUROPAN, jednu ze dvou nejvyšších cen v soutěži na novostavbu zastupitelského úřadu ČR v Londýně a GRAND PRIX Ministerstva pro místní rozvoj v soutěži Nový domov roku 2001.

Harmony and balance between practical use and esthetical beauty - that is the guiding impetus for the work of the architectural design offices VYSEHRAD atelier. Our work includes a wide spectrum of projects in the area of new construction design, reconstruction, interior design, urban and regional planning. Every project is considered individually with an effort to find new and often non-traditional solutions. The participation of the designer/architect in all phases of the project is necessary for the final result of work created from close communication with the client. The work therefore does not end with creating the design analysis, but continues in working with a stable group of collaborators on land use permits (zoning decision) and building permits, construction documents (working drawings and specifications) and tender documents (bidding documents). Engineering work, architects' site surveys and client management supervision assures the optimal implementation process. The design studio works with leading companies and consultants in the area of building static, ground construction, building environment technology, engineering construction, regional planning, historic monument restoration, landscape and garden architecture. Design and project documentation are processed digitally, and the spatial relationships of designs are checked using a 3D virtual model (visualisation, animation), or a scale model. VYSEHRAD atelier design studio has the status of an association of physical persons for the purpose of exercising authorised activities; it was founded in the year 1996. The work of the studio won awards in prestigious domestic and international competitions. We consider the most important one to be the first prize in the INTERIOR of the Year 2000 competition, honourable mentions in the GRAND PRIX of Architects 2000 and 2001 competitions, participation in the finals of the same competition in the year 2002, an award in the international competition Modern Changes in Rural Environments, an honourable mention for the best Czech project in the EUROPAN competition, one of the two highest prizes in the new construction of the Czech Embassy in London and the GRAND PRIX of the Ministry for Local Development in the New Home of the Year 2001 competition.
