Residential house in Jeseniova street in Prague

Realized in 2007.

A residential house with 17 flats, commercial spaces and a ground parking is situated in a vacant site where it was necessary to correct a historical mistake. Neither street or backyard facades kept the same line. Therefore we choose a form of wraped facade that afterwards inspired the commercial name of the project „The Piano House“. The house benefits from the view of the Žižkov hill and of the terrace garden in the South, as well.
